Aeries Communications (Powered by ParentSquare)
Cloverdale Unified School District uses Aeries Communicaitons powered by ParentSquare, primarily with email, text and app notifications. Aeries Communications powered by ParentSquare automatically generates an account for each parent, using their preferred email address and phone number. We encourage parents to access their accounts so they can update notification preferences. Aeries Communications can be accessed by Single Sign On through the Aeries Parent portal/app, by downloading the ParentSquare app, or by viewing the www.parentsquare.com site.
ParentSquare provides a seamless experience for parents and staff. Parents will be able to keep track of news, activities, and events from all their children's schools in one place. Through ParentSquare, parents/guardians can now receive all announcements from the district, their student's school, and teachers in one place!
The built-in options include one-to-one communication between parents and school personnel, group messaging for teams and classes, and real-time language translation in over 100 languages.
If you are not receiving parent/student communications, please update your contact informaiton in Aeries, including parent's preferrd email and mobile number.
Here's what you can do with Aeries Communications powered by ParentSquare:- Receive messages from the school via email, text or app notification
- Choose to receive information as it comes or all at once at 6pm daily.
- Communicate in your preferred language
- Comment on school postings to engage in your school community
- Direct message to teachers, staff, and other parents
- Participate in group messages
