Initial Staff Presentation	CLOZE notes (Individual)	This document was used by each individual staff member to keep track of their ideas, and answer any questions posed in the power point presentation.
	CLOZE notes (Group)	This Document was used by the group to keep trak of their ideas, and answer any questions posed in the power point presentation. This document was collected by the Superintendent, and the results were shared with the committee.
	Responses to power point questions	These documents are the answers provided to the Superintendent by each group. This data was collated, and shared with the committee.

	Vision statement examples	This document was used to show the committee the different ways to construct a vision statement.

	Vision statement options	This document was provided to the committee to help narrow down what the vision statement should be.
	Mission statement examples	This document was used to show the committee the different ways to construct a mission statement. The committee voted on the construct of our mission statement based on a mission statement from this document.
	Mission statement worksheet	This document was used by each committee member to record their opinion/choices on. Sentence frames were created from the mission statement example that was chosen to be used by the committee. The committee then determined the content to be used in each sentence based on the core values and desired student traits established by the staff in the initial staff presentation.
Board Presentation	Final Product	This document was agreed upon by every member of the committee, and ultimately adopted by the Board of Trustees.
